Wild Cards
Wild cards can act as ANY number you want it to be. Wild cards come in particularly handy when you roll the dice and can’t account for the numbers you have rolled.
The Wild Cards cannot be used as other special cards like Plus/Minus, Piggyback cards or Plus/Minus cards. Numbers only.
Plus/Minus Cards
Use the Plus/Minus card between two number cards to form equations that equal the number you have rolled. You can use the Plus/Minus card to add number cards together or subtract number cards from one another.
For example: If you have cards 8 and 3 and a Plus/Minus card. If you choose to use it as a Plus you can make 8+3 = 11 (if you roll an eleven) OR you can use it as a Minus and make 8-3+5 (if you happen to roll a five.)
Piggyback Cards
Playing the Piggyback card gives you the change to ‘piggyback’ on the roll of another player.
Lay down this action card before an opponent rolls their dice and you will get to use the numbers on the dice that they roll (as if you rolled them yourself.)
Place Your Rab-bets Cards
When a Place Your Rab-bets card appears, ALL players take one card from their hand to try to guess the number that will appear on the roll of TWO dice.
If a player’s bet successfully matches the number rolled, they get to discard their rabbit into the rabbit hole. If a player does not successfully guess the number rolled, they have to draw a card.

One Too Many Rabbits allows for real-life application of many math skills and social emotional competences including sorting, addition sums to 18, subtraction facts, probability (likely and unlikely), addition of two and three numbers, pre-algebra (single-variable equations), decision making, planning/strategy, counting, combining, as well as patience, cooperation, sportsmanship, turn-taking, and resilience! Kids don’t even realize they are practicing ALL those skills! They just love to play the game!
